Al Madafa Restaurant

The staff was very nice and helpful especially Elias, Vivian and the other girl works in the same shift with her at the reception desk they were very helpful changed my room right away when I had an issue with heat, Mohammad at the snack bar, nice experience overall.

The staff are the very, very best. Friendly, generous, hospitality the way it should be in a hotel like this, and then better. We were truly amazed by this hotel. (side note: I have 20 years of management experience in upscale 5* hotels)

The hotel room was very clean and it was very modern it felt like you were at your own house but you weren’t! You were in Jordan!!! The staff was just amazing it should have 7 stars

Lovely hotel, comfortable rooms, extremely accommodating and helpful staff. The rooftop pool and bar was amazing and it had great views of Amann. Would highly recommend!

I liked how antique it feels and looks special thanks for the lovely Vivian the customer service lady for it is hospitality and understanding for our concerns and needs
